The standard disbursements anticipated for a purchase transaction either leasehold or freeholds are set out as follows. But, the following list is not exhaustive and other disbursements may apply depending on the particular circumstances of case by case including geographically position of the property and instruction of the clients. However, the details of the disbursements will be advised in our client care letter and indemnity policies if required.
